I'll actually try to show you the different layers when it comes to online businesses because that's one important thing I want to tell you is ,, there's different layers to online businesses . so at the bottom you have all the people who are trying to make money online desperately out, there every single day trying to promote other people's products through an affiliate marketing doing all kinds of stuff most of the time these people .By the way just like ninety-nine percent of all the people out there you're trying to make money online , who make anywhere from a few hundred bucks to maybe a few thousand dollars a month doing this stuff . We're just in a problem because obviously you have this big cake right with tons of revenue with tons of money . all these people they take small parts of the cake and let's just pretend there's revenue out there of a million dollars or something .
So there's nine hundred ninety nine thousand whatever people and everyone gets one dollar so that's really the problem with this stuff okay . so that's like the this one layer right and when we go up there we get people who actually own the customer right , these are people or businesses who actually own the customer they don't necessarily own the actual product but they at least own the customer .
So that's even that's at least one level higher than just the other people who are desperately trying to actually promote other people's products . what happens is when you actually own the customer and these are ,, for example people who own drop shipping stores our selling stuff on eBay these people if it they're reselling stuff they don't own the actual product . so they still have relatively high supplier costs and stuff . so they don't own the product but they at least have the customers information as the customers email phone number and whatever . So they can always retarget to these customers and actually send them emails and offers .

tool which is pretty awesome to use ,, and it's these kind of tools are all tools
that people have to use have to use that's the really important bird right here
in order to do something .
So for example if you want to grow an Instagram account you go to social games or whatever sign up pay
a monthly fee . actually try to use the tool on a daily basis to accomplish what you
want to accomplish you can't do that . if you do affiliate marketing it has
nothing to do with that you kid this just doesn't work .
The good thing that comes into play right now with these tools is in most cases these are monthly subscription . so what happens is once you get a customer this is not like drop shipping or affiliate marketing , because in when you do this stuff if you get a customer you have to get another one to make more money . so every month you basically start at zero but with these kind of products your income actually stacks up .

click funnels right we have MailChimp we have all these these are also tools
but there's also platform sets that everyone is basically using in the
online marketing industry ,, and basically have has to use in order to even get
something going right .
I mean of course these companies have competition but the competition is , so I mean there's only a few companies out there who are actually doing this . For example when you do email marketing MailChimp Aweber you can probably count them on two hands right here right .

So what happens is if you are using paid traffic to actually
promote your products you can't do this with affiliate marketing because the
margin is way too small . it's way too tight you can't get a twenty
percent or a ten percent commission if it's a good one for a hundred dollar
product , and then pay a hundred bucks to make one sale it just doesn't make
sense but when you get when you know the lifetime value of your actual customer .
if you are offering a tool to someone you can actually do that . you can calculate how much is a customer worth and that's the only way you can actually scale up business using paid traffic because on a larger scale.
